As the UK & Ireland authorised service agent for Lab Gruppen warranty and non warranty repairs, we are able to assist with the servicing and repair of all Lab Gruppen products. Our large stock of Lab Gruppen spare parts enables us to provide a quick turn around time on repairs to minimise your downtime.

Our engineers are fully factory trained by Lab Gruppen and all repairs are carried out to the same high standards as used in the manufacturing process. Each Lab Gruppen unit will undergo a full and thorough setup and test procedure including a full power load test (where applicable). This means we can verify your Lab Gruppen product is fully functional after repair or service.

Lab Gruppen Warranty Repairs

As an authorised service centre for Lab Gruppen, we are able to carry out warranty repairs. Different Lab Gruppen products have different warranty periods. Here is a summary list:

• FP+ Series, PLM Series & C Series - These carry a 6 year warranty from the date of original purchase.
• FP Series & IP Series - These carry a 3 year warranty from the date of original purchase.

Unfortunately, there are some situations where we are not be able to process the repair under the Lab Gruppen warranty. These cases (as defined in the Lab Gruppen Warranty Policy) are summarised here:

• The unit must not have had any repair work or alterations carried out by unauthorised persons.
• The unit must not have been subjected to physical damage (including shipping damage), misuse, abuse, incorrect operation or exposure to inclement weather.
• The serial number on the unit must not have been removed or defaced.

Lab Gruppen Non Warranty Repairs

If your Lab Gruppen product needs service or repair outside of the warranty period we can help. We offer the same level of service and support on all Lab Gruppen products, regardless of age (subject to the availability of spare parts).

As part of the Lab Gruppen worldwide service network we participate in the extended out of warranty service and repair scheme. This covers Lab Gruppen products up to 12 years old with only the same exclusions as during the warranty period. This means that each Lab Gruppen product is repaired, fully setup and serviced for a fixed labour cost. The only additional costs are spare parts and return carriage.
